Pre-paid orders will be shipped by mail to the address listed on the order form. If you prefer UPS shipping, add $6.00.
Normal Delivery Time
Please allow 3-4 weeks delivery time on all photo reorders. Allow 4-6 weeks for any album orders. Christmas orders must be placed before December 1st to guarantee Christmas delivery.
Cancellation / Return Policy
In the event of postponment or cancellation of an event, any deposits are not refundable. However, if you reschedule a date not already booked, you may transfer your deposit into that date. Returns, Exchanges or Refunds will be given only if the studio or photo lab is found to be at fault in filling the correct print size or image number. The studio takes the utmost care in regard to print quality and exposure. We work closely with the photo lab to ensure the best possible image.
